Back To The Future Road Safety Psa(《回到未来》交通安全公益广告)是美国电影《回到未来》为了能在澳大利亚上映而制作的交通安全公益广告。

背景

电影上映时期,澳大利亚出现道路安全危机,与道路有关的死亡人数达到3798人的峰值,即每10万人中有30.4人死亡。1983年,由于进行大量的安全措施,每年的死亡人数降至2755人,这是自1964年以来死亡人数首次低于3000人。然而,到1985年底,这一数字再次有所上升,达到2941人。[1][2]

《回到未来》于1985年7月3日在美国影院上映,一个多月后于8月14日在澳大利亚上映。[3]

拍摄原因

在《回到未来》的开头,马蒂进入布朗医生的房子发现里面空无一人,于是打电话给布朗,电话打完后马蒂发现时间是8点25分,上学快要迟到了。为了节省时间,马蒂骑着滑板抓住一辆1984年版的福特Ranger进行滑行。当皮卡右转时,马蒂抓住一台吉普CJ-7进行滑行,这让司机非常生气。[4][5]马蒂到达学校时还是迟到了,因此遭受校长批评。[6][7]

电影在当时在美国上映时,马蒂在开头的行为引发公众的道德恐慌,在澳大利亚审查时当局也表示震惊。根据制片人和编剧鲍勃·盖尔在2002年发售的电影DVD中的发言[8],为了让电影能在澳大利亚上映,他们作出了妥协,让马蒂的演员迈克尔·J·福克斯出演道路安全公益广告。对广告的具体内容并不清楚,大致意思是不要拖住汽车滑行。[9][10][11]

寻找

除了鲍勃·盖尔外,该广告几乎无人所知,也没有留下任何画面。[12]《电影档案》、《失物招领博物馆》和一篇r/lostmedia帖子对广告的介绍都是引用盖尔的说法。[#footnote-11 11][13][14]在r/lostmedia的帖子中,Reddit用户Wot_Gorilla_2112在YouTube浏览许多20世纪80年代的澳大利亚广告依然没找到。失物博物馆也没有找到广告的细节。[15]wild_zoey_appered提出一种理论,称广告应该是有的,只是没在澳大利亚公开播出过。无论如何,该广告依然完全失传。[16]
