Back To The Future Road Safety Psa（《回到未來》交通安全公益廣告）是美國電影《回到未來》為了能在澳大利亞上映而製作的交通安全公益廣告。
背景
電影上映時期，澳大利亞出現道路安全危機，與道路有關的死亡人數達到3798人的峰值，即每10萬人中有30.4人死亡。1983年，由於進行大量的安全措施，每年的死亡人數降至2755人，這是自1964年以來死亡人數首次低於3000人。然而，到1985年底，這一數字再次有所上升，達到2941人。[1][2]
《回到未來》於1985年7月3日在美國影院上映，一個多月後於8月14日在澳大利亞上映。[3]
拍攝原因
在《回到未來》的開頭，馬蒂進入布朗醫生的房子發現裏面空無一人，於是打電話給布朗，電話打完後馬蒂發現時間是8點25分，上學快要遲到了。為了節省時間，馬蒂騎着滑板抓住一輛1984年版的福特Ranger進行滑行。當皮卡右轉時，馬蒂抓住一台吉普CJ-7進行滑行，這讓司機非常生氣。[4][5]馬蒂到達學校時還是遲到了，因此遭受校長批評。[6][7]
電影在當時在美國上映時，馬蒂在開頭的行為引發公眾的道德恐慌，在澳大利亞審查時當局也表示震驚。根據製片人和編劇鮑勃·蓋爾在2002年發售的電影DVD中的發言[8]，為了讓電影能在澳大利亞上映，他們作出了妥協，讓馬蒂的演員米高·J·福克斯出演道路安全公益廣告。對廣告的具體內容並不清楚，大致意思是不要拖住汽車滑行。[9][10][11]

除了鮑勃·蓋爾外，該廣告幾乎無人所知，也沒有留下任何畫面。[12]《電影檔案》、《失物招領博物館》和一篇r/lostmedia帖子對廣告的介紹都是引用蓋爾的說法。[#footnote-11 11][13][14]在r/lostmedia的帖子中，Reddit用戶Wot_Gorilla_2112在YouTube瀏覽許多20世紀80年代的澳大利亞廣告依然沒找到。失物博物館也沒有找到廣告的細節。[15]wild_zoey_appered提出一種理論，稱廣告應該是有的，只是沒在澳大利亞公開播出過。無論如何，該廣告依然完全失傳。[16]
